“Despite a £27 delivery fee, this item has yet to arrive. It's been 12 days. I've had no delivery update correspondence. Only after calling the helpdesk was I told that the warehouse was closed until 8 December. It's commendable to give employees time off for Christmas, but laughable that customers should still be charged a full delivery fee. No reimbursement of fee or expedition offered. Very disappointed. Would be grateful if the company came to the table to offer a resolution.”
