“I'm very happy with the tap. I didn't want a very tall or large tap like some of the pull-out mixers are. So I'm pleased that it's more or less the same size as the ordinary mixer tap it replaced, but with a bigger spray nozzle. Having the spray in addition to the jet is very useful and the pull out is extremely usefull. It was hard to find a pull-out tap that would work with a low pressure gravity-fed hot water supply, so this tap rated as 0.5bar minimum is great (it did require a no-return valve on the hot supply as my cold supply is mains pressure). The flexible hose does require free space under the tap all the way to the bottom of the cabinet, but that was no problem for me. My only small niggle is that I would prefer a more positive selection between jet/shower. But the soft squiggy rubber control works fine. The tap feels to be good quality and was fairly easy to fit, but the instruction diagrams are a bit misleading - you have to install the hot and cold flexible inlets into the tap AFTER screwing on the big plastic securing collar locking the tap in place. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase.”
