“Not a particularly positive experience. Once they had the money in the bank the delivery suddenly changed from 1 - 2 days to 3 - 5 weeks. Not good when you have trades lined up ready to work. Then you find out the phones are not answered, the office is closed, the web chat is broken and they ignored email. It could have been so much better if only they had the courtesy to communicate with an explanation and a new delivery date.”

Hi Colin The delivery of this order was delayed slightly as a manufacturers stock delivery didn't arrive as expected. I'm really sorry that this delayed your order slightly. I can see that we actually delivered your order in just over 2 weeks, not 3-5 as suggested. We are replying to emails but with very limited staff numbers and a massive increase in enquiries, I'm afraid we have made the mistake of missing some messages, I can only apologise for this error and the inconvenience we caused.
