Was the website information on the product clear and accurate in relation to the product you have actually received

“This is a quality product which looks very good and functions well. It replaced a cheaper tap which was a very disappointing product. The difference is like chalk and cheese but if you want quality is comes at a price! However, it's well worth the extra cost. Buying cheaper, unbranded taps is, in my view, a false economy. I recommend this product wholeheartedly.”

“Never got to try this tap as the delivery date was in 5 months time, I was emailed and offered a different tap which turned up on time so no problems from my side.”
