“Product packed well, arrived as predicted. Relatively easy install, one slight difficulty. The flexible tails were shorter and had different fittings to the ones when the original tap was installed by the kitchen fitters. As time was of essence, used the old tails to expedite matters, this worked fine. The old tap failed after 8 years with what looked to me, speaking as a retired material scientist, due to chloride induced corrosion cracking and pitting on the cold side of the swivel spout. We will see if this one goes the same way in time.”

“Ordered tap. Still not arrived. No response to emails. The only response i got was to a previous review i wrote, telling me the small print said delivery was 3 weeks. Definitely did not say this on my invoice. If it did i would not have ordered it as I needed the tap. Therefore I cant review the actual tap. An update on this review. Still no tap, no explanation. Not even to say if there is a delay. It has been over a month.”

“had to purchase a new tap as the original had 'scaled-up'. we are in very hard water area and original abode tap lasted 7 years. pleased i could buy the exact model again as i wrongly assumed that it would have been discontinued.”
