When it comes to CBD it can take up to 8 weeks for you to gain the desired benefits from taking the CBD. It is also completely individual to everyone to slowly increase how many drops per day to take to find the correct amount of drops to suit your desired needs. If you have not felt any benefits then it could be the case that your dose is not suited to your individual needs and you may need to adjust your dosage to gain the benefits. “I have the best sleep using this every night , been using it for years now would highly recommend it. What's to lose? It will either make you sleep better as well as a multitude of other healthy benefits or it will do nothing .”
