“I have just increased the strength from the blue CBD to red as i have been a long time user of CBD and found the benefits out way the cost! I take 3 drops twice a day which i find is enough for me.”

You can find further details regarding our shipping policy here: https://www.simply-cbd.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy We can confirm that we do offer a very efficient delivery service to the majority of the UK, however our express delivery is unavailable for a small selection of UK postal addresses including Scotland which requires a slightly longer delivery time. You can find further details of this on our website. In relation to CBD it can take up to 8 weeks for you to gain the desired benefits from taking the CBD. After 8 weeks if you have gained no benefits then that is an indication that you are not taking enough CBD to interact with your receptors. It is completely individual to everyone to slowly increase how many drops per day to take to find the correct amount of drops to suit your desired needs.
