In relation to taking CBD for the first time, it can take up to 8 weeks for you to gain the desired benefits. If you followed our guidelines and did not gain significant benefits from taking it then that would mean that the specific product you chose is the incorrect strength for your specific needs. It may also mean that you may need to alter your daily intake of your current oil. CBD is completely trial and error in finding the right strength for your individual needs. “I love this stuff, I was going through a very difficult period in my life, and it helped turn a corner. I just take 4 drops a day, 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening, in times of stress I take an extra 2 drops it definitely helps”
