“After trial and error with brands and types I have found that I work best on low dose for anxiety. I'm very sensitive to it. Whilst they all work to a degree I have found them to be stimulating for the first hour or so after taking. Like a strong coffee. Liquid Gold doesn't have that effect. In fact if anything it can be ever so slightly sleep inducing. I have now settled on Light for mornings. And Gold for evenings. And it's going well”

“I and my dog have been using the green oil for approximately 5 years with really great results. But this year I felt that I needed something a bit extra for my endometriosis and menopause symptoms. My dog is still using the green oil and she also uses the turmeric golden paste and with her early arthritis problems, she’s doing amazing! The lovely staff at Simply suggested that I try the liquid gold. For me, this oil has been a bit of a game changer! I have hardly had any of my strong pain relief since starting the liquid oil a couple of months ago. I’m much calmer, with less pain, my sleep is a bit better and weirdly so much more energy. I have friends and family who have various health and anxiety issues and I’ve suggested they try it too, so far 3 of them are now taking it and they definitely feel the benefits.
