“I bought a bottle of this several months back & found it extremely good for helping me sleep so I ordered another 2 bottles. Unfortunately the first new bottle I tried did nothing for me so I opened the other new bottle only to find the same disappointment. I tried increasing dosage etc but nothing worked so I can only assume you may get different results from different batches, not great when I paid around £60 for 2 the 2 bottles that do nothing for me.”

When it comes to CBD many factors could be involved in not gaining the benefits you used to achieve. If you had a break from CBD then it would be advised to start again with a low dose and only increase down the line if no benefits are felt. If you did have a break from the CBD and increased your intake too quickly then the benefits may not have been achieved as significantly as the key to CBD is to start low and slow and only increase if no benefits are felt overtime. Additional factors could also include new medications as well different CBD doses and frequency. It is suggested to always start on a low amount and only increase if no benefits have been felt overtime. It is also completely individual to everyone to slowly increase how many drops per day to take to find the correct amount of drops to suit your desired needs. We also suggested splitting your CBD intake into intervals throughout the day as an example; morning, afternoon and evening. “Using the Black 10% CBD Oil has enabled me to juggle the various tablets - regular and irregular - and my CBD doses with much greater ease and more effectively than before. I can always manage to fit in two doses per day regardless of migraine and nightime medication. As a result my pain is under far better control and less prescription medication is needed, so my head is clearer.”
