“I reordered this item as I was pleased with my first nasal spray but the next one was unbearably stingy and painful in my nose. I contacted Simply CBD who kindly offered to send me a replacement free of charge to see if it was any better. It was marginally better but still very stingy and impossible to spray a full puff into my nostrils... I will have to decide if I will bother with it again.... not convinced this is for me.”

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding the Nasal Spray. The product is designed to help relieve blocked or narrow airways. It could stimulate the recovery of irritated nasal passages and sinuses, which is achieved through the unique ingredients used within the product. The intake of CBD is completely individual for everyone, if you feel like you need a slightly higher amount of the intake throughout your daily routine then you can spray 1-2 spray(s) in each nostril 2-3 times a day - or when desired during the day. It will be up to you to decide if the increased amount if needed for your needs. Additionally we do offer alternative CBD products which could be used alongside the Nasal Spray. “I have used the CBD Nasal Spray for about a year now and find it very helpful in clearing my sinuses. I use two sprays in each nostril every morning and have not had any problems with the usual blocked sinuses since. I also use the Green CBD Oil (2 drops at lunch time) and two drops of the Turmeric CBD Oil (at bedtime).”
