“Haven't quite noticed a difference although I suspect it's hard to measure. One downside is the marks the patches leave on your skin once removed. Sometimes it can cause raised spots or black marks. This may be dependant on how long you choose to leave them on for. Update : I was disappointed with these CBD patches. After using them, the areas where they were applied became very dry, sensitive, and scaly, which was uncomfortable and not something I expected from this type of product. Another issue was the adhesive. Once the patches were removed, they left behind a black glue residue on my skin that was difficult to clean off and added to the irritation. Overall, this product did not work well for me, and due to the skin reaction and adhesive residue, I wouldn’t choose to use these patches again. The picture attached shows two locations where the patches were used. The black residue is one location and above is the second with exposed dry scaley red skin.”

Firstly, it's important to note that CBD can take as long as 8 weeks of consistent daily use to begin showing the effects you're looking for. This is because it needs time to build up in your system and your endocannabinoid system also needs time to "wake up" and begin reacting to it. Therefore, you may still be in those early stages where you can't feel much, which we totally understand can be a frustrating time. However, the key to success with CBD is consistency, so try to remain consistent even if you aren't yet feeling the benefits. Another important note is that we typically recommend starting with a low dose and gradually building up, as CBD works on a bell curve. Therefore, building up to your ideal dose over time helps you avoid going past the curve, where you end up with diminishing results. So, if this is your first experience with CBD, it may be that you need to reduce your dose and slowly build up until you find your sweet spot. “Bought these for an 86 year old lady suffering with arthritis in hand (which was swollen) and back pain. These have been life changing for her. Her hand is no longer swollen and she can use it and her back pain has gone. I have used the 30 mg for my fibro pain when bad and it certainly does help.”

“The patches are very good, you can get quick pain relief. I had a pain in my knee and couldn't stand, within 2 minutes I could stand, and after another 3 minutes the pain had gone. A total of 5 minutes, good quick relief.”

“I have autoimmune disease, including IBS, which makes taking anti-inflammatory drugs impossible. CBD patches helped me through a difficult, painful, period, effectively relieving joint and muscle pain, allowing me to sleep and lifting my spirits. I had no belief CBD would have any benefit, I gave it a try out of desperation and was astonished to feel relief within 24-hours of first use. I'll certainly use CBD again should I need to. Highly recommend.”
