“I have been using CBD oil for 5 years with great results. I have spinal stenosis and severe arthritis in my knees, neck and hands. I can only take paracetamol as I have diverticular disease from too many painkillers over many years. I needed something for nighttime and with no expectations tried the CBD patches. From the start, I was sleeping properly for the first time in years. I put the patch on my upper arm at night and it makes me very sleepy so I would not want to apply it in the morning, although everyone is different. I still use my CBD oil in the morning as for me it gives me a boost and energy, again we are all different. For me, these patches have been life-changing as my pain and sleep have improved so much I feel like a normal functioning person.”

“Work perfectly - they stay put well on my upper arm. Usually get 2-3 days from each patch. To start with I felt a little sickly but that has now worn off now that I’ve been using them regularly. Wouldn’t be without my patches.”
