“This is my second purchase of CBD patches so I thought it was a good time to give my first impressions. I'm an ex morphine pain relief patch wearer and I had to stop because my skin was reacting badly to the patches. I reluctantly went back to tablets knowing I wouldn't get the same relief, hoping to find something else to help. I'm also allergic to all antiinflammatory medications so when people reach for Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Voltarol etc... I'm left suffering, since nothing else helps. This is where the CBD patches help. The patches are small, clear, easily hidden and very adhesive. If you've used pain relief patches you'll know the adhesive is a problem. Be assured that once stuck down these patches will last up to 36hrs, even through showers. They can target pain areas or be worn generally, which might be useful for people who can't handle the CBD oil. I'm not quite sure how many is too much in terms of patch use, but I've had three on at a time, to target very specific pain areas (knee, shoulder and back) and they do help. My knee(s) in particular seem to benefit, with inflammation reducing quicker with a patch on than none at all. My back could literally be covered in patches, but I refrain from using the entire pack and just select the most painful areas, helping target the pain enough to try and get me moving around. The only thing I would mention, especially in the summer months is be careful with patch placement and exposure to sunlight. I had two on (one on each shoulder) and was out in the garden, pottering about. It was very sunny and I'd sprayed SPF30 all over me but had to skip the patches. The patches don't offer uv protection and I did get little sunburn lines where the patches had crinkled, they are just starting to disappear after 5 days so be careful!”
