While it can be frustrating at first, it's important to keep in mind that CBD can take up to 8 weeks of consistent daily use (regardless of product type) before you begin to feel any effects. So, as you're still within your first month of use, this is likely why you haven't yet seen the effects you expected. CBD needs some time to build up in your system, and your body needs time to adjust. During this process, consistency is crucial. Additionally, we recommend starting with a low dose and slowly building up as needed over those 8 weeks until you find your unique CBD sweet spot.
