“This stair rail was put up on my return from hospital to aid me on the stairs and I couldn’t have managed getting upstairs without it. My husband put it up with little help and it feels safe and sturdy exactly what we needed. I have lived in this house for over 40 years without a bannister but can’t see why we didn’t put one up sooner. Thank you for this super product.”

“.The handrail arrived exactly as we were advised. It is to be used when stairway had been completely redecorated but I couldn't wait for that so I unpacked it, removed the ageing 'lump of wood' that had sufficed for years and fitted my new handrail.I now cant wait for the project to complete as the rail makes even my striped walls and bare stairs look good. Thank you Simplehandrails”

“Product was as described and arrived on time. Seems to be of very high quality. Sufficiently pleased to have just ordered another one. My only complaint was that we needed a spacer to make one of the brackets fit to the wall ( the wall was bent not the spacer ) and my e-mail enquiry was never answered ( subsequently sourced from a local firm )”
