“Brilliant service!! Rails arrived quickly and was of a high quality. Unfortunately I didn't realise the holes for the brackets came pre drilled and were a different measurement to my stairs. I contacted Dan on the off chance he could help. Dan said to send them back and provide him with the measurements and he'd make some news ones.
