“The Bolts don’t fit the holes drilled into the hand rail, tried plumbers tape - didn’t work so had to find go out and purchase bolts that would fit as I don’t want to wait A week or two to exchange it”

“There were 2 marks on the rail that look like black measurement marks that we can not remove Sadly . Also one of the wall brackets had a hole that was not counter sunk like all of the others . Lastly the end brackets were not sent with the order so I had to chase them but after all said the lady on the phone was helpful.”
