“I am disappointed with my purchase. The wooden rail was quite rough and required extensive sanding. Also the wooden rail wasn’t round which related to the ends not fitting very neatly. Feel quite disappointed and let down.”

“Good quality handrails apart from the screws which come with the fittings. they are not strong enough to go through oak and several snapped off which caused problems fitting.”
