“The end caps are well engineered and Finished to a good standard, the brackets are of a similar quality, I think the connection piece should also have a wall bracket incorporated to give a solid connection. The only issue I had was with the screws supplied for attaching the brackets to the Hand rail . The screw head twisted of the shaft. Overall I am pleased with the rail.”

“I am so disappointed the rail is awful and I would not recommend or purchase one again. There are flat areas on the wooden rail and areas where the wood is coarse and pitted. The joiner in the middle is weak and insufficient and does not hold the rail together well. It does not even go over the end of the wood, instead it uses a button system screwed to the end of each rail. The fixtures/ brackets kept undoing and spinning making it incredibly difficult and frustrating to fit. Overall i feel the product is overpriced as the quality is not what I expected.”

“Great handrail. I did oil and then wax the rail to further protect. Its a shame that the delivery did not include assembly instructions (as the rail came in two halves) but its not to difficult to figure out plus you can find a coy of assembly technique on the website. Perhaps a little further engineering into centralising the nylon housings to give a quicker and more repetitive/consistent assembly of the dome end caps. I didn't have too much trouble but if there was a key into the wood for centralisation that would benefit the product further. All in all very happy. Many thanks.”

“Feel a little disappointed as I emailed the day it arrived to tell you that the cylinder that the banister slots into to extend it was damaged. I had email back saying they apologise thus sometimes happens and they would send another one out immediately. ............. I still waiting many weeks later dispite sending repeated email. Such a shame........let down.”

“Just perfect, but be careful who fits it. If the fitting is not central to the rail, the end cap doesn't fit flush to the rail. A slight I perfection on mine, but I am very pleased with the end result.”
