“Ordered a 3.5 m in oak with polished steel brackets and end parts. it came in 2 lengths which had to be joined with a steel tube section. Neither the central tube or the end brackets are the same diameter as the oak rail so the steel sections sit proud of the oak. it looks bad and when you run your hand down it there is a lump in the middle. It cost a lot of money and I'm not impressed.”

“The dome end caps are high quality and look good. Getting them dead centre, however, is difficult. I suggest Simple handrails drills a dead centre pilot hole in both ends of the circular handrail. And the same for the joiner as well.”

“Great product, I enjoyed putting it on the wall, nice solid feel. Lovely white oak, nice and straight too. Good quality stainless steel brackets and end-caps (I went for dome-end) nice stainless steel joiner. Speedy delivery time. All round I am satisfied. Thank you.”
