“I haven't had the chance to fit the handrail, which I purchased some weeks ago, hence the 4 star, not 5 star rating. I ordered the white oak, which looks and feels very solid. It also arrived very quickly. I'm aware I'll have to stain it to the colour of my choice, but that's fine. All of the relevant parts are in order. Now it just remains the fitting, so let's see.”
