“The wood is nice quality but the pack arrived with no instructions or fitting advice, and with no screws for the metal ends. If I hadn't had a builder on the premises I'd never have been able to fit these. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago and received no reesponse. Overall - very average.”

“Disappointed with the graining of the handrail needed much sanding as had two sharp edges had to chase for delivery then emailed by supplier to say two handrails might be delivered if so please return one. Not very impresssive service!”

“The rail was not round over its full length. It had a flat spot of about 40cm so had to ensure that bit was underneath.”
