“Not impressed one of the handrails was slightly bowed onescrew missing and one unusable as thread was uneven.Also a fine split in one end of rail.As I had destroyed all packaging and did not notice split until assembly and hoping bend would straighten on fitting ,went ahead with fitting . At a glance looks ok,but I know its not perfect !!!”

“Very good handrail. The chamfer edge needs to be larger, say 1mm still a bit sharp. Plus the end Ferrells are loose. Have to put PTFE tape to stop them coming off. But other than that, good Quality.”

“Nice kit. Only difficult bit was centering the plastic fittings for the end caps and centre join. Other than that fitting was as easy as falling off a log. Nice finish to all the wood and the fittings have a quality feel. Chuffed with the purchase and our stairway looks so much more classy now. Scored major brownie poi to with my wife as I chose the design and she loves it. Highly recommended.”
