“Nice rails but they had a couple of judder marks along the length which I was able to lose underneath also the screws supplied could be a bit stronger, as even with pilot holes the heads on some snapped off,”

“I purchased 3 lengths of handrail (3m, 1.5m & 1m). Delivery was prompt and trouble free. The reason for giving 4 stars is that one of the lengths was slightly flattened along one edge and another had a minor flaw along its length. These were installed on the underside, so do no detract from the overall effect. Also the end caps were rather a loose fit but some tape around the plastic end cap retainer remedied this. Having said all of this the handrails look really smart. I am very happy with them and would recommend them.”
