“The actual rail is fine. The brackets however are not one piece which means they can become loose. The biggest problem is the two ends. It is almost impossible to accurately drill a dead centre, dead straight pilot hole into the end of the rail. Because the hole is not straight the end holder is off centre. The ends that fit over the rail are now off centre! This gives a very unsatisfactory finish. This could have been resolved by having simple end sleeves that could have neatly slid over the ends of the pole and fixed with glue. I would not recommend or buy this product again. Very disappointed.”

“Good quality product, would recommend putting on website that it is best to fit then finish with paint/oil/wax etc. I waxed mine first, and it bowed a little, I managed to straighten once fixed to the wall, all ok in the end. I would also recommend a simple plastic template for drilling and fixing the end caps/wall brackets. Overall a very nice product!”
