“Very well packaged and all parts included with the delivery. Really disappointed that the holes for the brackets and end caps are not pre-drilled (unlike the stainless steel handrail). Finding the centre of the handrail is extremely difficult and it is apparent once the end caps are fitted that the handrail is not perfectly round.”

“This handrail is really very good, smart and a great colour. Brackets are also very good quality. My only complaint is the customer service, they are so hard to get hold of and never respond to emails. I am still waiting on a response now!”
