“General product well made and durable, although somewhat expensive in my opinion for a short piece of pipe. What lets it down is the fixing kit. The stainless steel 60mm length wall-mounting screws supplied are fine. However what is the point of supplying Short 36mm length brown Rawlplugs. Completely pointless from a solid fixing point of view. They need to be longer ones to match the length of the fixing screws proportionally. The fixing brackets are well made with 2 x 6.5mm diameter holes for the 2 x attachment stainless steel screws to pass through to fix to the Handrail. Again what is the point though of supplying tiny screw fasteners with 4mm diameter threads? They rattle around in the 6.5mm diameter pre-drilled holes in the brackets and the 7.73mm diameter heads of these tiny screws barely touch the sides of the 6.5mm diameter bracket holes! I will therefore have to drill out and re-tap the 4mm diameter handrail threads with new M6 threads and source new suitable M6 screws or bolts in stainless steel to suit. Not everyone will have a tap and die set and screws readily available. I will then have to find longer Rawlplugs to suit the wall-mounting screws for an acceptable solid fixing. Hope this helps then in your efforts to continuously strive to improve your products.... Well, you did ask!”

Hi Graham, Unfortunately you are totally wrong with this review. A common mistake is for customers to think that the plugs and screws don’t work. The screws always have to be longer then the plug this is how they are designed to work. There are many videos on YouTube if you do need help. All our products are tested and they work we have over 38000 customers 99% of whom are happy. You comment about it being expensive however if you factor in the delivery and also the powder coating at a very good finish you will find that we are cheaper then all of our competitors along with 2 or 3 day delivery turn around.
