“The workmanship of the bannister/handrail is great, excellent quality. Looks fabulous on wall, however, paid for a 3.5m to be cut down to a 3.3m with 4 brackets but only 3 was supplied. Does not in any way take away from my new feature hall bannister which I painted black. Still would recommend to people but if u wanted the 4 brackets then get it touch with the company if it’s not in box when delivered”
