“Well made, good appearance and well fitted. Advice on positioning wall plates and angle of fitting might have been helpful. found it was just about possible to fit by one person though easier with two. that said we a re very pleased with the product.”

“Very minimal, so even though very modern did not clash with period handrail on the rest of the stairwell and yet allowed good support. Very pleased.”

“Rails were fantastic , strong n sturdy , in very good condition but the packaging was garbage, the duct tape left marks on the metal , hardly any card board round them , very poorly wrapped for a very expensively but fair priced item”
