“Works well, arrived quickly. Looks very professional - much better than taping or blu-tacking signs in place. It was a bit fiddly to get the paper in the right place, but I'm sure I'll get the knack over time.”

“I am very pleased with the frame. It remained perfectly dry in torrential rain. The instructions could be clearer using some words rather than just pictures. I had to look on YouTube to find out how to open it.”

“So far, hard to work out how to open and use it. Video and instructions in words would be useful. The pull tag just came off so impossible to remove film from transparent front and there is no way for me to hang it with a wire loop at the back. It is only suitable for screwing into a wall. I don't know if it will cope with the weather yet.”

Hi Tamsin, First of all, I apologise that you are having issues opening your snap frame. There should be an allen key with your frame which in turn, unlocks it allowing you to snap open the border. Our snap frames are only suitable to be screwed into a wall or mounted onto a backboard; if you require one that can be hung we also supply double-sided snap frames which come with fittings allowing them to be suspended.
