“It is great to have this product, though the instructions are not obvious how to work it, but when I called a helpful person informed me. I have not tested the waterproof aspect, but it looks good and robust.”

“Time will test how waterproof it is. Good service in terms of communication and delivery. I would have liked more info on how much pressure to apply to open the sides of the frame. I worried about breaking it. It is fiddly to attach to the wall: I wonder why the attachments are not external rather being partly inaccessible within the frame. But I managed it eventually.”

“Super quick delivery and the frame is perfect for displaying my grandson's poem. I wanted to display it in the place where he describes it in the poem. The instructions could have been a bit more helpful as it wasn't too clear that you had to lift up the sides of the frame and that it's best to do that after you have fixed it onto the wall. Absolutely delighted with the result!”
