“These are a must have in my bath. I can feel my body unwinding and relaxing when I soak in a bath of magnesium flakes. I put a generous handful in the bath and soak for about 20 minutes. They seem to really work for me and as I get through quite a lot of the product this size is ideal.”

“Wonderful, was so thrilled with 50% off, I usually buy together health kilo bags but there getting expensive so I shopped around and was thrilled to find these 100% magnesium chloride flakes. Already had a bath with them the other night to ease my rheumatoid arthritis & keep my mg levels topped up. I'd highly recommend!”
