“Omg First time I used these in the bath I fell asleep lol not good but adding just half a cupful sent me into total relaxation! All my tension went away and I found myself in dreamland! A 20 min sleep I mean soak ...Is all that is needed to feel the benefits of these salts . My skin has been acting up big time with the cold weather. I'm really sore and dry but after having daily baths using magnesium Flakes I have not needed to use my cream and my skin has not cracked as much ... I absolutely love having my baths even more so now that I can be well and truly pampered. Since using I have found that my sleep has been undisturbed - I have slept like a baby! I Highly recommend Magnesium Flakes!”

“These salts are absolutely amazing, I have not only used them in the bath but also as a treat for just my feet (I Simply used my washing-up bowl!! and a couple of cups of the flakes with warm water, while watching TV) ! I found that they where gentle and very effective leaving my whole body relaxed and my skin feeling clean and soft. The packet is a great size too, as I have had a fair few baths and treatments and still have a lot left. I found that the packet kept the salts well too, as long as it sealed correctly. These salts have really made me want to have a bath all the time!”
