It is strongly recommended that the cable tie on the drum is not cut until the very last minute. It is easier to have a second pair of hands to move the regulator and line it up with the drive on the motor as you press it on. Cutting it too early will result in the cables unravelling, making it almost impossible to install. This is not a warranty issue. Available for: 124 Spider, - OE Part No: 6000613072
