“Communication, ordering process and P&P are first class, but the delivered item very clearly was different to the pictured item: The picture shows a nut with integrated washer, the delivered item was a standard nyloc nut, however with the correct thread, but without washer as shown. Admittedly the nut was indicated as "aftermarked item" at a reasonable price, but still not of the shown design.”
