Paired WITHOUT app. The instructions for the Sonoff devices all seem to say pair with the app but I dont have anything to install the app on, so this nearly put me off trying HA at all. Obviously I can't guarantee that not using the app would work for everyone but perhaps you could mention it on your website as a possibility? Works fine.”
