“i bought this product , but now i am pretty confused about the min and max readings, they are over 9000! , micro counts/micro-something/squared cm! . yes pretty much useless units for industrial products
we know that this sensor gives RGBV etc. channels, but is it possible to extract an RGB values with min to max (0 to 255).? so one can just redraw the color based on the sensor values!”
“This six colour sensor is a nice alternative to RGB sensors as the TCS34725, and allows to measure the light over a wide intensity range. It comes with a good software package and you may adjust gain and integration time very easily.
Be aware that you need to connect the sensor to an Arduino via a i2c friendly level shifter.
