“The display arrived promptly, even sooner than expected, safely packaged in multiple layers of boxes and bubble wrap. Unfortunately the display doesn't even power up with my Pi (the pins definitelly provide the correct voltage). Luckily the support took it into their hands promptly, it turned out I had to use upgrade my OS.
The display now works perfectly well. I use I3 window manager instead of the default Raspberry Pi desktop environment, yet touchscreen or setting the screen orientation work as they should. It unlocked my Pi in unexpected ways for a very little investments. I am happy.”
