“The case itself is good overall - it's sleek, the black colour is nice, everything fits well. The clear plastic plate containing the fan has a cutout for GPIO access and HAT stand holes in the corners, though the case is short so may not contain HATs well (especially if you want the fan). Said plate can also be very awkward to remove and reinsert if needed, and the power button is very slightly inset so you have to use your fingernail.
Originally my case had a broken fan: it made loud grinding noises especially under load that reverberated through the case until dying completely about two months later. Pimoroni very generously sent a replacement fan within a couple days of contacting their support, and the new one works perfectly so far.”
