“Great product, I have virtually no idea what I'm doing with it but it's fun trying to work it all out. Highly recommend if you're looking into getting into programming and electronics”
“Very capable board with all the expected peripherals bridges the gap between Arduino and Raspberry Pi although some of the increased core speed is somewhat offset when using micro python rather than C++ for coding. It is nice being able to download, store and run multiple software modules within the board itself but having to unplug and insert the board to download each iteration of code is likely to risk damaging the micro USB connector over time. Overall good value for money and a good addition to the Pi stable.”
“I ordered two Pi Picos. The first one is for trying out, followed by a second order to configure as debugger. I check their function upon receiving them by loading blinky onto them and observed the on board LED. The test is done by one single USB link to my PC/Mac without requiring external power supply. Since the functions on these Pi Picos are verified, I apply dielectric "nail varnish" around the fine pitch integrated circuits to protect them. Next I will be linking them into my Pi Pico - Pi Pico debugging system.”
