Combined with a pair of re-purposed QUAD speakers and a Raspberry Pi made a great sounding ROON endpoint.

These are probably the last of these great 35w amps for. long while. You can just plug them into passive speakers and away you go! IQAudio who make them are in some kind of transition so these are a great price atm!

An old Toshiba laptop, an old Pi, a copy of Volumio and this card makes a complete, easy to use, highly functional music player. It's currently driving my aged Nightingale point 5 speakers with no issues whatsoever and sound very good given the difficult speaker load and the price.

What can one say ? The first Pi-DigiAMP+ that I received proved to be faulty, however, after explaining the problem to one of your most helpful engineers (namely "Hel Gibbons") I returned same in exchange for a replacement. There was a delay but I felt that that was a minor inconvenience in the scheme of things, besides the fact that I was (and still am) happy with the service received from Pimoroni !! I would just like to add that the replacement Pi-DigiAMP+ is performing superbly !!!. Very Many Thanks (esp. to "Hel") Arthur Poolton

It would be extremely useful if you were to provide connection details plus any instructions relating to the multitude of settings relating to Volumino

Noise free crystal clear audio with no noises during boot and shutdown. No conflict with the LCD. I'm using a Pi 3B+ with a PiTFT ADA2441. I simply fitted the DigiAMP+ between the two, booted up and there it was in Audio device settings. Select IQaudioDAC and off we go. The DC barrel connector has a larger pin than the usual 5.5 x 2mm. A 5.5 x 2.3mm will fit.
