“What else is there to say about the RPi that hasn’t been said? Does what it says on the tin and is highly flexible for different projects I want to do.”
“Excellent new version of the Pi 4B. Plenty of power for my application (an instrumented Linux webserver) and while it stays cool even under heavy load I have it teamed with the GeeekPi case and heatsink for added protection. One potential curveball is that Google still does not offer Chrome or Chrome Remote Desktop in an arm64 Debian package, but there are ways around this.
Pimoroni were also very, very quick in letting me know when they were back in stock, and for delivery. All-in-all, very pleased indeed.”
“Arrived very quickly and like described. It is a big improvement on the Pi 3. One thing that I had not noticed before buying is that the HDMI port is micro HDMI which is not the same as the mini HDMI port on the RPI zero.”
“Fast and no problem running programs, does get a bit hot when working, so will need either a heat sink or fan for any demanding work, has a good range of connectors, including a mix of usb2 and 3 ports which is handy, perfect for any projects that need the extra punch and control of several different peripherals, with its small size and great range of accessories, is a great buy.”
“After waiting about a year, due to the stock shortages, I have eventually managed to get a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with 4GB RAM from Pimoroni so I could build an Argon EON Pi NAS (https://argon40.com/en-gb/products/argon-eon-pi-nas). Thanks for delivering my new Pi so fast and at a reasonable price - much appreciated.”
