“Perfect. Just what I needed to upgrade my project. And as I use it as a NAS too, thanks to the 2 USB 3 ports it is much faster than my previous Raspberry Pi 3.”
“This is the Pi you've been looking for. I hesitate to call it a "desktop replacement" like others have, but for my day to day operations, the 4GB Raspberry Pi 4 is probably the most economical and effective investment I have made since I became an adult. Compared to the R-Pi 3, everything feels slick and smooth without sacrificing familiarity.
You will want to note that, at the time of this review, if you want to have a no-hassle setup of Raspbian, you need to use the latest version ("Buster") on a fresh SD card. I like to use belanaEtcher to create bootable SD cards, but NOOBS should work as well, provided it is pulling the latest version of Raspbian. Older versions will not work on the R-Pi 4, as far as I can tell, and upgrading from Jesse to Buster is a bit messy, at the moment.”
