“My Pi4 was dead on boot up and I had the Pi4 for a couple of weeks before I decided to power it up. I contacted Pimoroni through email and within 24 hours I received an email saying that they were posting a replacement unit and also sent me a link for a prepaid returns label for the faulty Pi4.
It was a very pleasant experience with no hassle whatsoever, I will of course post a followup review.
