“It's an awesome stuff! A highly customizable linux machine in a very small form factor. The only problem is the 1 unit per customer criterion. Unpopulated GPIO can be a challenge.. but Hammer header can be a nice solution, i am waiting that. :)”
“The PiZero is the perfect project board for a handheld retro games project. Stay connected to your local network for transferring data, modifying your build and tweaking your system to get it perfect. Having a second controller via Bluetooth gives multiplayer support too.
Love love love this board”
“Great little thing: wifi is what the "old" Zero was missing!
I tried some projects on Pi3 and moved then them to the Zero to save space. I got two working at the moment: One is doing a perfect job as a little alarm-clock with internet-radio and wheather, the other one is part of home automation system.”
“I used it for my IOT project. It is really good. only downside is You need to install one more USP port by yourself if you want to use mouse and keyboard at same time.”
“This and the case and the camera module, plus a power supply and micro-SD card, and I had a webcam running in under 2 hours.
A few issues with NOOBS-Lite (had to use NOOBS(-Heavy), and outbound email (postfix comes up before the WiFi which causes postfix DNS to fail), but this is an amazing little computer.
My only issue with them is that I can't (yet) buy a six-pack or a dozen of them!”
