“I really love this gem :-) It fullfills all my needs as part of my self-made home automation system and it is really cheap. I have several of them: the main purpose is to collect data from various sensor breakouts and send the preprocessed data via WLAN into main system (built on Raspberry Pi 3s). Each of my Zero Ws has a particular single purpose only. I feel that this kind of ”HW architecture” makes the whole system more robust and easier to keep on running (and growing) instead of trying to implement all the tasks on the one single processor.
