“Perfect, no other choice than to go official in my humble opinion. I say this because I bought a kit from the now defunct ModMyPi and their PSU was not official and gave up the ghost after 4 years. Now you may think that's decent, but it should still be going, a Raspberry Pi update told me it wasn't providing enough power and has since been binned.
This official PSU has done the job, gives off the correct power and has my PiHole back up and running.
Go official and don't be silly.”
“The chord is a bit long for me but this has solved the continuous problems I was having with my Pi 3 complaining of low voltage when using mobile phone chargers, even to the extent of reliably powering an RF transmitter connected to the GPIO pins. Worth the money and I will seek to be using this for as long as possible to help reduce e-waste.”
