“A very solid power supply though for some applications, a longer cord would be helpful. I've had no problems powering the pi and a number of USB pheripherals using this PSU, and it has avoided the need to buy a powered USB hub.”
“I have a half dozen or so of these, not one issue with any of them. They just work, no annoying lightning bolt low voltage indication etc that you can get from using the cheap ones from other retailers. This is one item you just don't want to skimp on. Especially if you have some power hungry devices wired up to your Pi.”
