“I love this board! And I love this sensor! The BME690 helps me monitor conditions in my 'warehouse' (basement) where I store soap and skincare products. It's important to know our environmental conditions and trends so that I can manage that storage more effectively. I hooked up a raspberry pi zero 2w to this board, and also a raspberry pi pico (2022) and now I have a environmental monitoring telemetry network. Cool huh?? :D”
“Nice module for the 690 which can be daisy chained with a 4pin JST cable (aka Qwiic).
To use the Bosch AI software you will need BSEC3, and here is the Python code to support that: https://github.com/mcalisterkm/bme69x-python-library-bsec3.2.1.0.
The BSEC3 library will give IAQ and TVOC (LP mode) values.
